1. Introduction and legal basis

Jungleads (hereinafter, “Flow.cr” or “we”), a Costa Rican company with legal identification number 3‑102‑914003, with registered office in Heredia, Belén, La Asunción, Ciudad Cariari, recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data of its customers, visitors, and users. Therefore, this Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Individuals with Respect to the Processing of their Personal Data (Law No. 8968), its Regulations, and complementary provisions. This policy applies to all collection, storage, use, circulation, and deletion of personal data that we carry out through the flow.cr website and the business automation services we offer.

2. Definitions

  • Personal data: any information linked to or associated with an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Data subject: the natural person whose personal data is being processed.

  • Data controller: Jungleads, which decides on the purpose and content of the databases.

  • Data processor: any third party that processes personal data on behalf of the controller

3. Responsible and contact

The data controller is Jungleads. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) or to consult this policy, you can contact javier@flow.cr or call (506) 7273-0617. All requests must include the data subject's full name, a description of the request, and a means of contact.

4. Purpose of the treatment

Flow.cr may collect and process personal data to:

  • Execute contractual relationships with customers and suppliers (for example, signing digital service contracts).

  • Provide the business process automation and consulting services we offer.

  • Manage requests and queries, communicate updates or changes to services, and send commercial or promotional information, provided the owner authorizes it.

5. Treatment principles

Flow.cr applies the following principles:

  • Purpose: Data is processed only for the purposes stated.

  • Consent: Prior, express and informed authorization from the owner is required.

  • Truthfulness and updating: data must be accurate and current.

  • Transparency: The data subject can view the information stored about him or her at any time.

  • Security and confidentiality: We implement technical, human, and administrative measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.

6. Rights of the holders

Holders may:

  1. Access your personal data and learn how we process it.

  2. Request the update, rectification or deletion of information.

  3. Revoke the authorization granted for the processing of your data.

  4. Limit the use or disclosure of your data.

  5. File complaints with the Residents' Data Protection Agency (PRODHAB) in case of violations.
    To exercise these rights, you must send a request to the email address provided. Flow.cr will respond within 15 business days.

7. Sensitive data and data of minors

We avoid processing sensitive data and data about minors except in cases permitted by law and with the explicit authorization of their representatives.

8. Use of cookies

Flow.cr uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze statistics, personalize content, and improve functionality. You can disable them in your browser settings; however, this may affect the site's functionality.

9. Transferencia de datos

We may share personal data with:

  • Government authorities when required by law.

  • Suppliers that support our operations (e.g., hosting services), who must guarantee data protection.

  • Commercial allies for advertising purposes, with prior authorization from the owner.
    We will not transfer data to third parties outside of these cases without your express consent.
