Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and nature of the contract

By accessing flow.cr or contracting our services, you (the "Customer") accept these Terms and Conditions and enter into a binding contract with Jungleads (Flow.cr). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or contracting our services.

2. Description of services

Flow.cr offers business process automation solutions in Costa Rica, including:

  • Smart Dashboard: visualization of trends and business indicators.

  • Document Processing: automation of legal and administrative document management.

  • Productive Analysis: Data analysis to anticipate trends and improve decision-making.

  • Automatic Reports: automated report generation.
    In addition, we provide consulting and support in the implementation and improvement of workflows.

3. Acceptable Use and Customer Obligations

  1. The Client agrees to use the services in compliance with the law, morality, and good practices. Using the site for illegal activities, unauthorized access to systems or data, distributing malware, or reverse engineering solutions, among other prohibited conduct, is prohibited.

  2. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. They are responsible for any unauthorized use of their accounts.

  3. The Client may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations without the prior consent of Flow.cr.

4. Consumer rights and right of withdrawal

Flow.cr complies with the Consumer Protection Law and guarantees the Customer's right to receive clear and accurate information about services and prices. The Customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within the first eight business days, unless the service has already begun with their express consent.

5. Prices, payments and billing

  1. Service prices are quoted individually and do not include taxes, which will be added in accordance with current regulations. Electronic invoicing is issued in accordance with Costa Rican tax obligations.

  2. Payment is made according to the terms agreed upon in the specific proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, advance payment is required to begin the service.

  3. In the event of non-payment, Flow.cr may suspend the execution of the services.

6. Intellectual property

  1. Flow.cr retains all intellectual property rights to the website, tools, software, and methodologies used. Nothing in this document should be construed as a transfer of such rights.

  2. The specific deliverables developed for the Client will become the Client's property once the Client has paid the agreed fees in full.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any strategic, technical, or commercial information exchanged during the contractual relationship. This obligation will continue for five years after the termination of the contractual relationship.

8. Availability and maintenance

Flow.cr strives to ensure the availability and continued operation of the site and services, but cannot guarantee them absolutely. It reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated in advance. Beta or testing services are offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

Flow.cr will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Flow.cr's total liability to the Client will, in all cases, be limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question, unless otherwise provided by law.

10. Modifications

Flow.cr may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be available on the website and will be deemed accepted by the Customer if they continue to use the services.

11. Applicable law and conflict resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will first be submitted to mediation. If an agreement is not reached, the parties may appeal to the competent courts of San José, respecting the consumer's inalienable rights.
