Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
1. Introduction
This policy regulates the customer's right to withdraw from services contracted with Jungleads (Flow.cr) and the refund conditions. It was developed in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection (Law 7472) and its Regulations. The Costa Rican right of withdrawal allows consumers to terminate home or distance sales contracts within the first eight business days of the contract's conclusion.
2. Scope
Applies to digital and consulting services offered by Flow.cr online or through other remote means. Our services include business process automation, smart dashboards, document processing, productive analysis, and automated reporting. We do not sell physical products.
3. Right of withdrawal

Term: the client may withdraw from the contract within eight (8) business days following its completion.

Procedure: The request must be sent in writing to javier@flow.cr, indicating the full name, ID number, contracted service, contract date, and reason for withdrawal.

Effects: Once the request is received, provided the service has not yet begun with the client's express consent, Flow.cr will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used. If the service has already begun, we will evaluate the degree of completion and may retain the corresponding proportional amount.

Exceptions: Due to the nature of digital services and personalized consulting, once the requested service has been initiated or delivered, full refunds will not be issued unless Flow.cr has committed a serious breach.
4. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
Outside of the statutory deadline, Flow.cr may assess refunds or adjustments based on the stage of service execution and your satisfaction. In the event of errors attributable to Flow.cr, they will be corrected at no additional cost or the undelivered portion will be refunded.
5. Response and refund times
Flow.cr responderá las solicitudes de retracto o reembolso en un plazo máximo de 15 días hábiles. El reembolso se realizará por el mismo medio de pago utilizado por el cliente o mediante transferencia a una cuenta bancaria indicada por este último.
